it is a virtual measure of "how fast" lap relative to fastest time of day

think about it as a speed/"fastmeter" gauge

In spanish language "NADIE NO HA SALIDO A PISTA TODAVÍA" is wrong! Must be "AÚN NADIE HA SALIDO A PISTA". Thanks!

In detailed list, I think instead of painting all time area of leading time, gaps to leading time should be painted. Gaps can be written in another cell below also
