In arabic, for F1 news feed ( twitter ), no need to put the scroll bar a the left side, keep it in the right side as the news are mostly in english or european languages.. it only add confusion

this one is also a real bug but only in firefox browser, bcz in firefox the main scroll bar stay in the right side and twitter's scroll bar become in the left side when we swich to arabic. That's why I said it makes confusion. In Internet explorer both of them are in left side in arabic version, that make sens in this case ;)
